The Vacation Ownership Association of South Africa (VOASA) operates as the regulatory body for the shared vacation ownership industry in South Africa. Recently re-named from TISA in order to incorporate the emerging sectors within the leisure ownership market, such as Fractional Ownership and Private Residence Clubs.
VOASA is recognised by the Department of Trade and Industry as 'the' self-regulatory body for all shared vacation ownership sectors - including Holiday Points clubs, Timeshare, Vacation Exchanges & Timeshare.
