The Fractional and Shared Ownership Trade Association launch in the UK

The Fractional and Shared Ownership Trade Association is being established to encourage and assist the sustained and responsible growth of the Fractional and Shared Ownership industry in Europe.

Membership of the Association is open to businesses which are directly involved in fractional and shared ownership and which adhere to the Rules of the Association and its Code of Conduct. Membership is open to service providers actively involved in the fractional and shared ownership sector who adhere to these Rules and the Code of Conduct.

In order to uphold the standards of the Association and to ensure compliance with those standards and the responsibilities of membership, prospective members are subject to an approval process as stipulated by the Board of the Association.
