Pezula, South Africa’s leading developer of luxury property has once again achieved international recognition by winning three of the top Gold awards at the prestigious Homes Overseas Awards 2008, for Best Development (South Africa), Best Luxury Development (Worldwide) and Best Fractional Ownership Scheme (Worldwide).

The winners were announced at a Gala dinner and awards ceremony at The Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Friday night (25 November 2008). The event was attended by leading figures in property development, sales and marketing from around the world and gave recognition to the very best residential property projects overseas.

The Homes Overseas Awards are judged by an independent panel of respected property experts, including members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and UK based national property journalists.
